We recently came across this amazing Anda Keema recipe by content creator Shubhi, @half.plate, and you can make it for your loved ones this weekend. 

Ingredients

Boiled eggs Butter Chopped ginger & garlic Green chillies Chopped onions Chopped tomatoes Salt Turmeric powder Red chilli powder Coriander powder Meat masala Boiled peas Garam masala Freshly chopped coriander

Anda Keema Recipe 

1. Separate the yolk of the boiled eggs and mash them well. 2. Chop the egg whites and keep them aside. 

Follow These Steps 

3. Take a tawa and add a little butter to it. 4. Then, add some chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, and onions and cook it well. 

Work On The Masala 

5. Next, add the tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and meat masala. 6. Mix it and cook it for a few minutes. 

Add In The Eggs 

7. Time to add the mashed egg yolk to the tawa along with some water. 8. Also add some grated egg white and mash it well.

9. Add the chopped egg whites and boiled peas and mix them well. 10. Add a little garam masala and garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
