Chef Kunal Kapur shared this easy Beetroot Yoghurt Dip recipe that you can recreate at home.

1. Start by draining out the excess water from the curd. 2. Add 2 tbsp of beetroot puree to it.
3. Then, add salt, ½ tsp black salt, 1.5 tsp roasted cumin, ½ tsp black pepper powder, one chopped green chilli, and some chopped spring onion. 4. Give it all a good mix.
5. For the tadka, take some oil in a pan and let it heat up. 6. Then, add hing, 2 tsp mustard seeds, 2 tsp urad dal, and a handful of curry leaves to it.
7. Add the tadka to the beetroot and yoghurt mix. 8. Mix it well. 9. Garnish it with chopped spring onions.
