Beetroot Yoghurt Dip

Chef Kunal Kapur shared this easy Beetroot Yoghurt Dip recipe that you can recreate at home. 

Ingredients 

1.5 cup curd Beetroot puree Salt Roasted cumin Black salt Black pepper powder Chopped green chilli Chopped spring onion Hing Curry leaves Mustard seeds Urad dal Oil

Beetroot Yoghurt Dip Recipe 

1. Start by draining out the excess water from the curd. 2. Add 2 tbsp of beetroot puree to it.

Follow These Steps 

3. Then, add salt, ½ tsp black salt, 1.5 tsp roasted cumin, ½ tsp black pepper powder, one chopped green chilli, and some chopped spring onion. 4. Give it all a good mix. 

Work On The Tadka 

5. For the tadka, take some oil in a pan and let it heat up. 6. Then, add hing, 2 tsp mustard seeds, 2 tsp urad dal, and a handful of curry leaves to it. 

Final Steps

7. Add the tadka to the beetroot and yoghurt mix. 8. Mix it well. 9. Garnish it with chopped spring onions.
