Bhindi sabzi and kadhi are two of the most loved foods in Indian households. But have you ever wondered what they would taste like together?

Chef Neha Deepak Shah has combined the two dishes and made a delicious-looking Bhindi ki Kadhi dish and it is a must-try!
1 cup curd 2-3 cups water 3 tbsp besan 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp crushed garlic, ginger & green chilli Okra Hing 1 Onion Turmeric powder Red chilli powder Coriander powder Ghee Mustard Seeds Jeera Whole chillies Curry leaves Kashmiri red chilli powder Salt Mustard oil Cooking oil

1. To make kadhi base, take 1 cup of curd and add 3 tbsp of besan and 2-3 cups of water to it. Mix it well and set aside. 2. Then in a pan, take some 1 tsp of mustard oil and some cooking oil. 3. Add 1 tbsp of crushed garlic, ginger & green chilli to it.
4. Now, pour the besan-curd mix into the pan and add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder. 5. Let it boil for a few minutes and then add salt to it. 6. Cook for a little longer and then take it off the heat.
7. To make bhindi, in another pan add 1 tsp of mustard oil & 1 tsp of cooking oil. 8. Add 1/4 tsp of hing along with 1 thinly sliced onion and some salt. 9. Add long sliced okra to the pan & add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, and 1 tsp coriander powder.
10. Cook the bhindi for 5-6 minutes. 11. Then pour in the kadhi in the pan.
12. For the tadka, take 1 tsp ghee in a pan and add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp jeera, 3-4 whole chillies, 5-6 curry leaves, and 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder to it. 13. Pour it over the Bhindi ki Kadhi.
