Baker Shivesh Bhatia shared the recipe for Bounty Cold Cocoa and it is something you cannot miss. 

Why You Cannot Miss It

The recipe perfectly combines  coconut with chocolate and gives a Bounty-like taste. 

Ingredients

1 cup coconut water 1/4 cup milk 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp cornflour 1 cup milk 2 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Coconut Ice Cubes

1. Pour coconut water into an ice cube tray and let it freeze overnight to make coconut ice cubes.

2. In a bowl add ¼ cup of milk, cornflour and cocoa powder to make a slurry. 3. Mix it properly and set aside.

Follow These Steps 

4. In a saucepan, pour 1 cup of milk and add sugar to it. 5. Add the slurry to the simmering milk and sugar mixture and give it a good mix.

To Thicken The Mix

6. Keep stirring and add chocolate chips to the mix to thicken the drink. 7. Once the mixture thickens, take it off the heat and let it cool down. 

Bring It Together 

8. In a glass, add the coconut ice cubes and pour in the cocoa drink.
