Shivesh Bhatia took to his Instagram to share a Coffee Sago Pudding recipe which has some interesting flavours and textures that you cannot miss out on this summer.
Water Coffee Sugar Agar agar Coconut water Milk Condensed milk

1. To make coffee jelly, take 2 cups of water and add coffee, sugar and agar agar to it. Bring the mixture to a boil, then pour it into a flat pan. 2. For coconut jelly, take 2 cups of coconut water and add agar agar to it. Bring the mixture to a boil, then pour it into a flat pan.
3. Allow both the jellies to set in the fridge for 20-25 minutes or until firm. 4. For the sago pearls, take 1 cup soaked sago pearls and boil them in water for 8-10 minutes or until they start to look translucent.
5. To make the coffee milk, take 2+1/2 cups of milk and add 2 tsp coffee powder to it and whisk it well. 6. To make the coffee ice cubes, add 1 cup water, 2 tsp coffee, and 2 tbsp milk in a bowl and mix it together. Pour the mix into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
7. Take a big bowl and add some coffee jelly and coconut jelly to it. 8. Then add the boiled sago pearls, and some condensed milk to it.
9. Next, add the coffee milk and coffee ice cubes to the bowl 10. Combine everything together and mix it well.
Serve the Coffee Sago Pudding in a glass and enjoy!
