So, when we came across this healthy yet delicious Kala Chana Kebab Roll recipe by Aathira Sethumadhavan (@aathirasethumadhavan), we knew we had to share it with you all. Check it out.
1/3 cup overnight black chana 1 small boiled potato 1/3 cup cooked soya granules 2 tbsp chopped onion 1 tbsp ginger 1 tbsp garlic 2-3 green chill 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2-3 dry red chilli 2 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp besan Salt Ghee

1/2 avocado 4-5 almonds 3-4 garlic cloves 1-2 green chilli 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 1/3 cup milk of choice Salt to taste

1. Take the black chana, boiled potato, soya granules, chopped onions, ginger, garlic, green chill, coriander leaves, dry red chilli, and garam masala in a grinder. 2. Blitz it together till you set an almost fine mixture.
3. Then, add in besan and knead it to form a slightly wet, soft dough. 4. Now, give it a long kebab-like shape.
5. Take some ghee in a pan and fry your kebabs in it. 6. Fry them till they turn brown on each side and remember to flip it gently.
7. To make the avocado sauce, mix together all the ingredients in the grinder till you get a smooth consistency.
8. Now, take a roti and spread the avocado sauce on it generously. 9. Place the kebabs on top and sprinkle veggies like onion, chilli, and beetroot on top. 10. Roll the roti, slice it into two, and your dish is ready.
