Summer is here, and to help you beat the heat, Chef Nehal Karkera has shared the recipe for Chilli Pineapple Slushy. Here’s how you can make it at home.
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp black salt 1 tbsp lemon juice ¼ cup cold water
1. Add frozen pineapple chunks to a mixer grinder.
2. Next, toss in the chilli flakes, black salt, and lemon juice.
3. Add a splash of cold water, it will help it blend better.
4. Blend till you get semi-solid consistency.
5. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass. 6. Dip it into a chilli-salt (equal parts salt and chilli powder) mix.
7. Pour in the slushy and enjoy!
