Healthy & Sweet Snack 

If you have a sweet tooth but want to eat healthy, then try out this Frozen Yoghurt Bark recipe by chef Kunal Kapur. 

Ingredients 

2 cups hung curd 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp peanut butter Vanilla essence 4 tbsp honey 2 bananas ¼ cup melted chocolate Chopped nuts Chocolate chips 

Step 1

1. Whisk the hung curd and ensure  there are no lumps. 

Step 2

2. Add cocoa powder, peanut butter, vanilla essence, and honey to the curd.

Step 3

3. Mix everything till you get a smooth, mousse-like consistency. 4. On a butter paper, spread a thin layer of curd mix evenly.  

Step 4

5. Top the curd mix with thin slices of bananas, melted chocolates, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips.

Step 5

6. Let it rest in the freezer for  at least 4 hrs.
