Healthy Pistachio Kunafa Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

1/3 cup raw unsalted pistachios 1/3 cup roasted vermicelli 1 tsp ghee 4-5 soaked dates 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut milk/cream 1 tsp vanilla essence Chopped pistachio

Homemade Kunafa Chocolate 

1. Dry roast the pistachios until lightly brown. Set them aside to cool down 2. Also, soak some small dates in warm water to soften them. 

Fry The Vermicelli 

3. In the meantime, fry some  roasted vermicelli in ghee until it  turns slightly brown. 

Follow These Steps

4. Once cool, blitz the pistachio on high speed in a grinder until you get a smooth paste-like consistency. 5. To it, add the soaked dates, vanilla, and coconut milk and blend it again.

Make Kunafa Bites

6. Mix the pistachio paste with the roasted vermicelli. 7. Then, take spoonfuls of this mix and set it on parchment paper on a tray. 8. Flatten them slightly and freeze them for 10-15 minutes.

9. Till then, melt some dark chocolate to make the outer coating. 10. Now, dip the kunafa bites in the chocolate and coat it well. 11. Garnish the chocolate bites with some chopped pistachios and let them freeze for some time in the freezer.
