Pesarattu is a high protein dosa from Andhra Pradesh made of Moong Dal. The Nutri Cookhouse has shared a delish recipe for it on Instagram.
1/2 cup of whole Green Moong 2 tablespoons of Rice A handful of Spinach Leaves & Coriander Leaves 2 Green Chilies 1 teaspoon of chopped Ginger Salt Grated Paneer (optional)

First, wash the rice and moong dal well and soak for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.

Grind the moong dal and rice along with coriander, ginger, spinach and green chillies till it becomes a smooth yet thick batter.

Transfer the batter to a bowl and add salt to taste. Adjust the consistency with water.

Add a dollop of the batter to a hot tawa and spread it in a circular motion using the ladle.

Add grated paneer and drizzle little oil. Once golden brown, cook and flip it again.
