Make Hung Curd

1. Start by taking a large sieve over a bowl and lay a muslin cloth on it. 2. Then, pour 2 cups of yoghurt into it and let it hang for 35-45 mins till all the excess water is drained out.

Follow These Steps

3. Place the hung curd in a big bowl. 4. Finely chop the mango and add it to the hung curd along with some honey and mix it all together.

Time To Make Yoghurt Clusters

5. Lay parchment paper on a tray and scoop out equal portions of the yoghourt-mango mixture on it. 6. Then, place the tray in the freezer for 4-6 hours.

Work On The Matcha Layer

7. In the meantime, take some white chocolate and oil and melt in the microwave. 8. Add in 1 tbsp of matcha powder to the mix and whisk until no lumps remain and the chocolate is smooth.

Bring Together The Dessert

9. Once the chocolate has cooled down, dip the frozen clusters carefully into it and coat evenly from all areas. 10. Remove excess chocolate and lay the chocolate-coated clusters back on the parchment paper and freeze again until the chocolate sets completely.

Time To Enjoy!

And that’s it, your dessert is ready to be served and enjoyed!
