Shivesh presented the perfect summer dessert - Mango Milkshake Chia Pudding & here’s a breakdown of the recipe so you can try it yourself.
1/2 cup mango cubes 2 tbsp rolled oats 1+1/4 cup milk 1 tbsp honey 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
1. Take a ripe mango and chop it into small pieces. 2. Put the mango cubes in a mixer. 3. Add two tablespoons of oats to it.
4. Next add one tablespoon of honey and milk to it 5. Blend till you get a mango milkshake with a thick consistency.
6. Put the mango milkshake into a container and add 2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds to it. 7. Give it a good mix and refrigerate it overnight.
8. Once the pudding sets and thickens, it is ready to eat. 9. Serve it in a bowl and add some mango cubes on top.
And that’s it, your delicious and healthy mango dessert is ready to be enjoyed!
