This mango season, make Arabic Bread Pudding with fresh mangoes, a recipe by Kashika Garg.

-2 Alphonso mangoes -1/2 Cup of condensed milk -1/2 cup of milk -1 small packet of fresh cream -8 bread slices - Toasted dry fruits -Sugar

Peel the mangoes and cut into small pieces.

Blend the mango with condensed milk to make a mango puree. Divide the puree into two equal bowls.

Take the first half of the puree, add milk and blend it to make Mango Milk.

For the second half of the puree, add cream and whisk it.

Take a dish, first add the mango milk and place bread slices (flattened and crusts removed). Repeat the process. Then, add the mango and garnish with toasted dry fruits. Your Mango Arabic Pudding is ready!
