1 large raw mango 1 medium sized onion 4 to 5 Non spicy chillies 3 to 4 spicy chillies Salt & 1/2 tsp Haldi powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp Mustard Oil 1/4 tsp Hing 1 tbsp fennel (saunf) 1 tsp kalonji (nigella seeds) 1 tbsp red chilli powder A little fresh coriander

First, finely slice the raw mangoes and onions length-wise.

Add chopped spicy and non spicy chillies, salt and haldi powder to this bowl of raw mangoes and onions.

Smash the fennel seeds, cloves coarsely with a mortar and pestle.

Take a small pan, add mustard oil, hing, the ground spices, chilli powder and mix well.
