It’s mango season, and what better way to embrace it than by trying new recipes like this Mango Matcha drink by Chef Saloni Kukreja?
This drink is sweet, earthy, and perfect for summer.
1 ripe mango 2 tbsp honey 1.5 tsp matcha powder 2 tbsp hot water ½ cup milk of choice Ice

1. Chop the mango and add honey. 2. Continue chopping till you get fine pieces.
3. Strain match powder with a sieve and whisk well with a matcha bamboo whisk. 4. Whisk until nice and frothy
5. Start assembling by adding the chopped mango at the base. 6. Top up with ice.
7. Pour over the milk in the glass.
