Eloise Head AKA Fitwaffle made crispy, sticky and juicy Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders. A perfect party starter.

300g of chicken mini fillets 1-2 tbsp of paprika 1 tsp of garlic granules 1 tsp of onion granules Salt & pepper to taste 1 large egg (beaten) 60g of cornflakes 2 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp of light soy sauce 1-2 tbsp of honey 2 tbsp of garlic purée Sprinkle of dried coriander (optional)

First, marinate the boneless chicken pieces by adding onion and garlic granules, paprika, salt and pepper. Keep it aside.

In another bowl, add cornflakes and crush them into fine powder with your hands.

Then, dip the marinated chicken pieces in whisked egg and coat them with cornflakes and air fry them for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Then, make the sauce by mixing together sweet chilli sauce, garlic puree, honey and light soy sauce. Microwave it for 30 seconds.

Lastly, dip the air-fried chicken pieces in the sauce and enjoy them hot,. Your Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders are ready.
