Preheat your oven to 220°C. If using a Dutch oven, preheat it in the oven for at least 15 minutes.

– With a Dutch oven: Bake covered at 190°C for 25 mins, then uncovered for 10 mins. – Without a Dutch oven: Bake uncovered at 220°C for 30–35 minutes, using a cover for the first half.
