Ingredients 

Oil 1/2 cup chopped bottle gourd 1/2 cup chopped capsicum 7-8 almond   7 -8 cashew Whole spices 1/2 cup paneer Black salt Black pepper powder Cumin powder Kasuri methi Curd Crushed fennel powder Fresh cream Chopped coriander Salt Water

Jain Hariyali Paneer Recipe

1. In a pressure cooker add some oil, bottle gourd, capsicum, nuts, and whole spices along with some salt and water.

Add In The Paneer

2. Then, place a ring in between and in another bowl add paneer along with 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp kasuri methi, 1.5 tsp curd, and 1 tbsp crushed fennel powder.   3. Mix it well. 

Pressure Cook It

4. Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and turn off the stove after 3-4 whistles.

Follow These Steps 

5. Once done, remove the paneer bowl and make a puree of all the veggies 6. Then, add in the marinated paneer.

7. Mix it well and garnish it with fresh cream and chopped coriander.
