Ingredients

Ripe mangoes Raw mangoes Water Sugar Salt Black Salt Ice

Step 1

1. In a pan, add some roughly chopped ripe mangoes and raw mangoes. 

Step 2

2. Next, add some water, sugar, salt,  and black salt to it. 

Step 3

3. Cook till the mangoes begin to mash. 

Step 4

4. Cool it down a little and blend  to make a puree. 

Step 5

5. Now, add some roasted & crushed cumins and peppercorn powder to it. 6. Mix everything well. 

Step 6

7. Crush some ice and put it in a glass to give it the shape of a chuski. 8. Add an ice cream stick and press down the ice really hard. 

Step 7

9. Add the prepared aam panna syrup on the crushed ice and enjoy!
