Chef Kunal Kapur took to Instagram to share a Navratri-special Vrat Ke Laddoo recipe that you can try while you’re fasting.
1 cup peanuts, skinless ¾ cup ghee 1 cup singhara atta ½ cup dried desiccated coconut 1 cup breakfast sugar ½ tsp cardamom powder Chopped dry fruits Melon seeds

1. Dry roast 1 cup of skinless peanuts 2. Once they cool down, grind the peanuts till you get a fine powder.
3. Then, take ¾ cup of ghee in a pan and add 1 cup of singhara atta to it. Roast it until well combined. 4. Add ground peanuts to the pan and cook till the mixture comes together.
5. Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. 6. Now, add ½ cup dried desiccated coconut, 1 cup breakfast sugar, ½ tsp cardamom powder, a handful of chopped dry fruits, and melon seeds.
7. Mix it all together and start shaping the laddoos. 8. Roll it over with desiccated coconut.
