Broccoli 1 Paneer 250 gm Chilli flakes 1 tbsp Oregano l tbsp Salt to taste Garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chilli 1 Coriander 1/4 cup Multigrain flour I cup / Oil /desi ghee Water to knead

Wash and cute the broccoli into separate florets and soak them in hot water for 5 to 7 minutes.

Squeeze the excess water and grate the broccoli pieces.

Add the grated paneer, spices, flour, oil and grated broccoli into a bowl and make a dough.

Take small portions of this kneaded dough and roll it on a flat surface. With a small bowl cut small discs of the dough.

Apply ghee on both sides and roast the small discs. Your Mini Broccoli Paneer Parathas are ready!
