It often becomes impossible to make a nutritious breakfast spread every morning. During these busy days, make a delicious yoghurt bowl. Chef Kunal Kapur shared an easy recipe.

• 1 cup hung curd • 1 tbsp honey • 1/2 cup mango puree • 1/4 cup chopped almonds • A handful of grapes • 1/4 cup chopped cashews • 1 banana, sliced • 1/4 cup diced melon • 3 tbsp muesli

• Take a mixing bowl and add honey to a portion of hung curd. Make sure to use hung curd only for this yummy breakfast bowl.

• Next, add mango puree to the bowl and mix gently.

• Transfer the mango curd to a serving bowl. Garnish it with all kinds of chopped dry fruits.

• Add all the fresh fruits as well on top of the curd mixture and enjoy.
