Chef Sanjeev Kapoor took to Instagram to share a recipe for Apple Cinnamon Wonton and this indulgent dessert should be tried by you this weekend!
Butter Green apple Red apple Brown sugar Corn flour Milk Roasted walnuts Roasted almonds Pistachio powder Cinnamon powder Wonton sheet Cinnamon sugar

1. In a pan, take some butter and add chopped green & red apples to it. 2. Add some brown sugar to it. 3. Then, add in some corn flour slurry.
4. Add the roasted walnuts, almonds, pistachio powder, and cinnamon powder to the apple mix. 5. Cook it for a few minutes and take it off the heat.
6. Now, take some wonton sheets and fill in the apple cinnamon filling. 7. With some refined flour slurry, seal the edges of the wonton.
8. Shape the wontons and deep fry them until golden brown.
9. Take them in a bowl and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on them for that extra flavour.
And that’s it, your Apple Cinnamon Wontons are ready! Serve them with some vanilla custard for that extra flavour.
