Chef Kunal Kapur shared this amazing Cheesy Egg Paratha Sandwich recipe and here’s how you can make it at home.
3 eggs Salt Oil Paratha/tortilla ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese Onion Tomato Green chilli Capsicum Carrot Spicy mayonnaise

1. Beat 3 eggs with some salt. 2. Take a tawa and add a dash of oil to it.
3. Spread the egg batter on the tawa and cook on medium flame till it is half-cooked. 4. Place a cooked paratha/roti/tortilla on the eggs and add a dash of oil to it.
5. Flip the dish. 6. Now, add the grated cheese along with some chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, capsicum, and carrot on the cooked side of the eggs.
7. Add some spicy mayonnaise on top. 8. Remove the paratha from the stove, fold it like a calzone, and cut it in half.
