Broken wheat or jada lapsi, sugar, cardamom powder, milk, ghee and blacked almonds and pistachios.

Put some ghee in a non-stick pan and heat it up.

Add jada laapsi or broken wheat to the pan and roast it for 5-6 minutes.

Add milk to the pan, stir it well and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Add sugar and cardamom powder as per taste and only a pinch of salt.

Add a few of the blanched pistachios and almonds to the mix and stir again.
