Chef Sanjeev Kapoor took to Instagram to share a delicious-looking dessert that will get you drooling.
He shared a fairly simple dessert recipe of Apple Burfi that you can try out at home. To help you with that, we have written down the recipe and all the ingredients you might need for it here.
1. Apples 2. Sugar 3. Ghee 4. Almond Powder 5. Saffron 6. Nuts (for garnishing) 7. Silver Warq (for garnishing)

1. Start by taking some fresh and juicy apples. 2. Peel and grate the apples to start making the burfi.
3. In a pan, take some ghee and add the grated apple pulp to it. 4. Let it cook for some time.
5. Once the apple pulp cooks well, add sugar to it. 6. Next, add the almond powder to the pan and mix it all well.
7. At this stage, add in the saffron for a beautiful colour. 8. Cook it for some more time and turn off the heat, your Apple Burfi is ready.
9. Transfer it into any mould and top it with almonds, pistachios, and nuts of your choice. 10. You can also add silver warq and voila, your burfi is ready!
