For Fried Chicken 1 chicken breast 2 tbsp minced garlic 1 egg ½ cup bread crumbs 2 tsp fresh herbs ½ tsp black pepper Salt Oil

For Salad 1 cup mixed lettuce 3 cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp parmesan cheese For Dressing: ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp fried garlic 2 tsp fresh herbs ½ tsp black pepper Salt

1. Break the egg in a bowl and add garlic, fresh herbs, black pepper and salt to it. 2. Marinate the chicken breast in it. Next, coat the chicken in bread crumbs
3. Deep fry the chicken.
4. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients.
5. To prepare the salad, mix lettuce, cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp of dressing.
6. Assemble it by placing a layer of salad and topping it with 4-5 fried chicken strips and garlic croutons. 7. Dig in and enjoy!
