• Take a huge bowl and add chopped apples, dry fruits, orange zest, orange juice, lemon juice, and lemon zest. You can even add some brandy to everything. Mix all the ingredients well and keep the bowl aside for a few hours.

• Take another bowl and add flour, ground spice powder, cinnamon powder, and sugar. Mix all the ingredients well and then add overnight marinated dry fruits to it.

• Next, add eggs to the mixture and give everything a proper mix. • Now take a pudding mould and grease it well with unsalted butter.

• Pour the mixture into the mould and press everything well. Cover it with parchment paper and use some strings to wrap it perfectly.

• Then, put it inside a steamer and cook for at least 5-6 hours. • The process takes a long time but the end result is simply the best.
