• Start baking the delish cake by preparing its batter. Take oil, unsalted butter, and sugar and blend it using a hand blender till the mixture gets fluffy. • In the next step, start adding an egg and beat the entire batter. Follow the same procedure till you are done adding all the eggs. • In the third step, add a few drops of vanilla essence.

• Take another bowl, add flour, salt, and some baking powder, and mix everything well. • Once both the mixtures of dry ingredients and butter and eggs are ready, add the dry mixture to the gooey butter mix. • Make sure you are adding about 1/3 of the flour mixture at once. While you are preparing the batter, follow the alternate folding process to get a smooth texture.

• Next, add buttermilk and give everything a nice mix till you get the desired consistency. • Now take a cake mould and grease it using butter. Pour the batter into the greased mould and bake till it is ready.

• After baking, let it cool down and cut the cake into 3 layers and add whipped cream to each layer. To make whipped cream, add powdered sugar, vanilla essence, and some heavy cream to a bowl and beat till the mixture becomes soft. Keep beating for the perfect texture.

• While adding the whipped cream to cake layers, add loads of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. • Follow the same procedure to garnish the top layer as well. And that's how you can easily bake a cake loaded with fresh berries.
