Drain sauerkraut and set it aside, after this warm the bread in a pre-heated oven.

Add the sauerkraut with a sprinkle of caraway seeds in a nonstick pan and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add shredded pastrami to the other side of the large skillet.
