Baking a pie is not a child's play but the process can be a bit easier by following some simple steps. Here are some handy tips to help you to make yummy pies at home.

If the dough is too dry, you will see it start cracking. Add enough moisture to the dough sprinkling sprinkles of cold water. Still, if you see cracks, patch those instead of rolling on them again and again.

Make sure you use a fork or a knife to make some slits on the crust dough used in covering the pies. This step is crucial for the steam to get out easily.
