One of the best ways to rejoice in pleasant rainy weather is by relishing samosa with chai. If you are on a diet, do not worry as Vaani Kapoor and Anushka Ranjan shared healthy recipes to make delicious almond flour samosas and iced tea.

• Start preparing dough by kneading almond flour and tapioca flour with lukewarm water. Once kneaded well, keep it aside for some time.

• Meanwhile, start making yummy samosa filling. Take a pan or a kadhai, add ghee, and saute cumin seeds, green chillies and ginger garlic paste.

• Next, add peas, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, saunf powder, and hing.

• Saute for a couple of minutes and add smashed boiled potatoes to the masala. Drizzle lemon juice and the filling is ready.

• Next, roll dough balls, add potato filling, and air fry them.
