1. In a kadhai, take 1 tbsp of oil and add 1/4 tsp of hing, 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 6-8 curry leaves, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp of grated ginger, and 1-2 crushed green chillies, and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder to it.
2. Mix it well and add salt to taste along with 2 boiled potatoes and 2-3 chopped coriander. 3. Bring it all together to form the batata vada mix.
4. Make a simple besan batter with 1/2 cup of besan, 3/4 cup of water, and salt to taste.
5. Then make a cheela-like wrap and with the help of a scissor make a cut in it. 6. On the quarter part, add a filling of batata vada masala.
7. In the 2nd quarter, add green chutney. 8. In the third, add imli & garlic chutney. 9. Finally in the last quarter, add some grated cheese and vada pav chutney.
Fold the cheela wrap and serve your Vada Pav Wrap!
