Here's a healthy, fibrous smoothie recipe we learned from Vivek Oberoi during Sunday Brunch with Kamiya Jani.

Fresh fruits- Strawberries, blueberries. Powders: Ashwagandha, Amla, wheatgrass and goji berries, mixed greens powder(contains alfalfa sprouts and lettuces.) Coconut water Honey to adjust the taste if required

Ingredients

Step 1

Add cut fruits to a blender.

Step 2

Add teaspoon of all the mentioned powders to the fruits. 

Finally swap milk with coconut water and add it to the blender. 

Step 3 

Blitz it up and adjust the consistency to your liking. 

Step 4

Take a mold of chocolate bars and add one layer of chocolate to it spreading it evenly.
