2 cups of quinoa 1 cup of moong dal 1/4 cup of carrot 1/4 cup of beetroot 1/4 cup of spinach 1/4 cup of onion 2 tbsp of spring onion Chilli Powder Cumin Powder Salt Pepper Oats powder for binding Coriander
