Ingredients 

2 cups of quinoa 1 cup of moong dal 1/4 cup of carrot 1/4 cup of beetroot 1/4 cup of spinach 1/4 cup of onion 2 tbsp of spring onion Chilli Powder Cumin Powder Salt Pepper Oats powder for binding Coriander

Step 1 

First, add quinoa and boiled moong dal into a bowl.

Then, add the chopped veggies, salt and the spice powders.

Then, bind this mixture with oats flour.
