• 3 tbsp sriracha sauce • 2 tbsp light soy sauce • 2 tbsp vegan oyster sauce • Salt • 1.5 tsp black pepper powder • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste • 1 cup soaked rice • 1.5 cups water • Carrots • Green beans • Baby corn • Capsicum • Yellow bell pepper • 1/2 cup paneer cubes • 1 tbsp oil
• Take a pressure cooker and pour soaked rice and water.

• Next, chop all vegetables and add to the cooker.

• Add paneer cubes and drizzle oil on top.

• Take a small bowl and add all the sauces, salt, black pepper powder, and ginger garlic paste.

• Add the sauce mix to the cooker and mix everything well. Cook rice and vegetables on medium flame till you get 2 whistles.

• Once the pressure settles, open the cooker and serve delicious fried rice.
