To make the dressing for the salad, you will need olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice, oregano, and pepper. Then whisk them all together!

Roughly dice up veggies like Cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and romaine lettuce. Now add them to the drained millet.
