Who doesn’t like lip-smacking fried chicken? You can make this delicious dish at home with simple ingredients.

Ingredients needed: Chicken, buttermilk (chaas), flour (maida), paprika, pepper (kali mirch), salt and oil. You can include other spices according to your taste.

Take flour in a plate and add paprika, pepper, salt and any other spices that you need. Mix it thoroughly.

In a bowl, take buttermilk and dip the chicken pieces in it.

Then coat these chicken pieces with the flour mix. And place it on a tray or cooking sheet. Keep it there for at least 5 mins.

Add oil in a skillet or saucepan and let it heat. Remember, the oil needs to be very hot.

Once it is heated, add the flour-coated chicken pieces in the oil. And start frying it.

After frying, drain the excess oil and place the chicken piece on a paper towel.

Voila! Your fried chicken is ready. Serve it with pickled celery or carrots.
