Chef Kunal Kapur shared an amazing Makki Ka Halwa recipe and it looks simply delicious!
½ cup ghee 1 tbsp semolina (suji) 1 tbsp gram flour (besan) 1 cup cornflour Nuts chopped Cardamom powder 1 tbsp rose water 1 cup sugar 1 cup water

1. Add some ghee to a kadhai. 2. Once it heats up, add some semolina and gram flour to it and mix well.
3. Then, add some cornflour to the kadhai and mix till you get a sandy texture.
4. In another pan, make a syrup by adding some sugar to water and bringing it to a boil.
5. Now, add this syrup to the kadhai and mix well.
6. Add a pinch of cardamom powder, rose water, chopped nuts & mix well.
Garnish with some nuts, serve and enjoy your Makki Ka Halwa!
