Chef Sneha Singhi, prepared a unique egg recips and called it Egg Idlis. Interestingly, it doesn't have any idli batter. But the method of cooking and its distinct idli-shape have lent its name.

3 eggs 1 Onion 1 Tomato 1 Green Chilli Salt to taste 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder 1/4 cup of Cheese

First, finely chop tomatoes, onions and green chillies.

Next, oil your katoris and break an egg each in them.

Top it up with the finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cheese, salt and red chilli powder.

Add these katoris in a pan filled with water and cover these with a lid. let the steam cook the eggs.

After the eggs are steamed for 5 minutes, remove it and enjoy your Egg Idlis hot!
