Saudi Champagne is a popular non-alcoholic beverage in the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia.

1 litre of apple juice 500 ml of sparkling water or club soda 1 lemon, thinly sliced 1 orange, thinly sliced 1 green apple, thinly sliced 1 handful of fresh mint leaves Ice cubes Optional: 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey

Ingredients

Thinly slice the lemon, orange, and green apple. Pluck the fresh mint leaves from their stems.

Prepare the Fruits

In a large pitcher, combine the apple juice with the sparkling water or club soda.

Mix the Base

Add the lemon, orange, and apple slices into the pitcher. Drop in the fresh mint leaves.

Add the Fruits

If you prefer a sweeter drink, stir in the sugar or honey until it dissolves completely

Add a generous amount of ice cubes to the pitcher to keep the drink cool. Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes to let the flavours meld together.
