What Janhvi Kapoor eats in a day

Janhvi Kapoor starts her day with spoon of ghee.

Her breakfast mostly includes juices, cereals, egg whites, and avocado.

To keep herself hydrated Janhvi drinks arounds 10 glasses of water everyday. 

For lunch Janhvi prefers grilled chicken, paneer, and palak.

Currently the actress is on strict diet for her forthcoming film, so she prefers having a bowl of soup for dinner.
