The spinach season is here and if you’re bored of eating this superfood in the same old way, then it's time to give it a Korean twist!

Korean Style Spinach Condiment

Digital creator Saemmul (@saemmulsong) took to Instagram to share how Koreans eat spinach as a side dish and it is something you definitely need to try!

Ingredients

Spinach 1 tbsp minced green onion 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp sesame oil Salt Sesame seeds

Step 1

1. Start by rinsing the spinach and blanching it for 30 seconds. 

Step 2

2. Drain the hot water and wash it with cold water. 3. Squeeze out all the excess water.

Step 3

4. Transfer the spinach to a bowl and add all the ingredients to it.

Step 4

5. Give it a good toss with your hands and add some sesame seeds on top. 

Enjoy With Your Meal!
