This authentic South Indian condiment pairs the best with dosa, idli, and many yummy dishes. 1. Take grated coconut in a mixer blender and add fried gram, peanuts, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, cumin seeds, and even some mint leaves.
2. Add water accordingly to get the desired consistency. 3. For tempering the condiment, add oil to a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilies, and even some curry leaves. 4. Add the tadka to the blended spicy coconut, and the coconut chutney is ready to be served.

This bowl of rice is such a refreshing dish to enjoy after a tiring day. 1. Begin the process by cooking rice and then cooling it down. 2. The next step is to temper the boiled rice. For this step, take oil to the pan and heat mustard seeds, cashews, curry leaves, chilies, ginger, and urad dal.

3. Make sure to cook all these in a low flame. 4. Next, drizzle some water to boil the urad dal. Once it is done, add some hing and coconut slices and grated coconut. 5. Next, add the boiled rice to the tadka and cook for a few seconds. Coconut rice is ready to enjoy.

This flavour-loaded chicken recipe tastes heavenly with coconut rice. 1. To make this simple recipe, take a pan, add oil and chopped onions and saute nicely.
2. Next, add the chicken pieces and cook for a few minutes. Then, add ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves. 3. The next step is to add coconut milk and Thai curry paste to the chicken. Also, sprinkle some salt according to taste and cook the curry for 6-8 minutes. 4. Serve the chicken coconut curry with rice or roti.
