A serving of 100 grams of kale provides about 4.3 grams of protein. This leafy vegetable is rich in a lot of nutrients such as vitamin B6 and manganese.

You can get about 3.2 grams of protein after consuming 100 grams of corn. From chaat to soup to rice dishes, you can use this ingredient in so many ways.
