Today is surely the perfect day to indulge in a fest of delectable pasta recipes. Here's an easy recipe to prepare white sauce pasta, that too in just 20 minutes.

• Add water to a pan and let it boil for a few minutes. Then add some salt and raw pasta to it. Make sure to only boil till pasta is al-dente. Then, drain out all the excess water.
• In a separate pan, add chopped carrots, red and yellow bell papers, broccoli, and zucchini. Sprinkle some salt while frying the veggies in oil. • For the white sauce, add butter to a pan and saute some garlic to it.

• Add some flour and mix everything well till it becomes a smooth paste without any lumps. Then add milk and stir for a couple of minutes. • Once the sauce starts to thicken, add salt, chilli flakes, and some oregano. For a bit of a spicy taste, you can add some black pepper powder as well.

• The next step is to add everything. Pour sauteed veggies and boiled pasta into the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. • Lastly, add your favourite cheese, mix nicely, and turn off the gas.
