World Vegan Day: These Vegan Dishes Are Part of Our Daily Diet & We Aren't Even Aware Of It

Most of us might not follow a vegan lifestyle or do not prefer avoiding the consumption of meat or dairy products, but we often eat vegan dishes on an everyday basis without even realising it. Here are some of the many dishes that are both vegan and a part of our usual diet.

Vegan Foods In Regular Diet

This deep-fried snack is a favourite of many. Aloo Tikki and green chutney is a match made in heaven. It is considered a vegan dish only when ghee or clarified butter is not used in frying. Usually, people fry the tikki in oil.

South Indian cuisine's most favourite dishes; idli and dosa are also vegan. These are said to be vegan only when no butter or ghee is added while eating.
