Dig Into A Big, Fat Burger Marinated For 2 Hours With Exotic Ingredients
Dubai’s Jumeirah has a whole lot of burger joints, but this new restaurant certainly stands out among burger fans. So what makes X-Factor so special? The restaurant is known for its gourmet burgers made of wagyu beef . The highlight of the place is the X-rod Short Rib Burger which takes five hours to be cooked. The trick here is that only some of the fat is ripped off from the burger, leaving behind the rest. The meat is then marinated with a mix of special ingredients including garlic, thyme, rosemary, olive oil, black pepper and salt. This is then marinated for two hours. And, when you’re ready for the binge, you got to pull the rib out before you dig in. The burger will set you back by AED 90. Now, that’s quite an experience, right?

Apart from the X-rod Short Rib Burger, X-factor also serves a host of other burger including X-marble wagyu beef steak, Duplex patty beef burger, and grilled chicken burger among other options.
The best part of this place is that there’s ample car parking. So, those who wish to play it safe can enjoy their meal from inside their car. And, those who fancy eating inside can also opt to dine in.
