How I Shoot Videos On A Solo Trip | The Solo Female Traveller Ep: 17

“If you’re travelling solo, who’s clicking your pictures?” By far the most asked question to me has been this. So I thought the best way to answer that is to show you how I shoot my videos when I travel solo. Although challenging at first, there are many ways one can shoot when solo. I’ve enlisted about 5 different ways, each with their own ups and downs. Using the gimbal, tripod and Bluetooth clicker is one of the best hacks and makes you super independent for whenever you want to take pictures or videos of yourself. GoPros are a different ball game all together, where you can experiment with shots and use different angles owing to how lightweight and convenient it is. Then comes placing the phone in different locations for shoot. The best way to shoot without any equipment’s however you might put your device at risk Incase it’s kept at heights. You can also use different angles to shoot while self-shooting on your device which adds a creative flair to your videos. And last but not least, asking people to take your footage. Hope this truly helps, all the best with shooting solo! Until next time, Neha Nambiar
