JrnyOn has collaborated with influencers who are Maestros in their fields and subject matter experts to curate travel itineraries around their expertise with a telos to transform the travellers’ journey with the Maestros into an insightful adventure. This will be a delight for foodies who want to explore the secrets of the vegetarian cuisine of Madurai and Chettinad regions of Tamil Nadu beyond dosas and idlis. MasterChef Aruna Vijay is popular for her expertise in vegetarian cuisine, especially South Indian dishes. She will accompany the group of travellers on this culinary and cultural journey from October 17 – 20, 2024.

2. Chef TZac’s Guwahati & Shillong: A Culinary Trail

Chef Thomas Zacharias, popularly known as Chef TZac, will be leading the ‘Chef TZac’s Guwahati & Shillong: A Culinary Trail’ from October 17 – 20, 2024. After a successful stint in a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant in New York, Chef TZac kickstarted his local Indian food movement at the award-winning Bombay Canteen in Mumbai. Travelling with him will give travellers an insight into this culinary maestro’s techniques while at the same time getting an in-depth understanding of the cuisine of the regions they will be visiting.

3. Surf’s Up in Covelong with Anupama Shivacharya

This is a wellness-oriented trip led by Anupama Shivacharya, who is a surfer, diver, footballer, cyclist and one of the few certified callisthenics coaches in India. She will conduct this multi-day experience From September 5 – 8, 2024, she will conduct a multi-day experience in Covelong, near Chennai in Tamil Nadu. This is a popular surfing destination on the Indian East Coast. Look forward to a trip that will be a medley of surfing sessions, flexibility and strength improvement sessions and callisthenics sessions. It will be complimented by cultural sessions as well. 

4. Assam & Arunachal: Photograph Tour with Hari Menon

The ‘Assam & Arunachal: Photograph Tour with Hari Menon’ will be a 5-day long journey from November 6 – 10, 2024, led by one of India’s finest travel photographers, Hari Menon. On this trip, the participants will get to explore Majuli in Assam and Ziro in Arunachal Pradesh and learn the art of photographing the local tribes in their everyday environments from Hari Menon.

The ‘Motorbike Australia with Atul Warrier’ Maestro Jrny will be a 9-day motorbike expedition held from October 11 to 19, 2024. As part of this trip, kickstarting from Melbourne, participants will cruise on The Great Ocean Road and ride past the picturesque Australian outback and rise through the Victorian Alps.

6. ‘MasterChef Nambie Marak’s Meghalaya: The Garo Hills

This journey will have participants accompanying the first runner-up of MasterChef India Season 8 to her hometown in Meghalaya’s Garo Hills. Here, they will experience the local way of life. Sit in the beautiful Garo Hills in Meghalaya, inhaling the splendid views while learning about the vibrant culture and food of the Garo tribe. This is a 4-day journey from October 20 – 23, 2024.

7. Chef Sapna’s Kerala: A Spice Trail

The “Queen of Spice” Chef Sapna Anand, the author of two bestselling cookbooks ‘New Indian Kitchen’ and ‘Fast Indian Cooking’ from October 3 – 8, 2024 will host the ‘Chef Sapna’s Kerala: A Spice Trail’. Chef Sapna will take a group to Kerala and teach participants about the local spices of her home state of Kerala. She will also accompany the travellers to the bustling spice markets and spice plantations of the region. Moreover, travellers can be part of an interactive cooking demonstration. The culinary extravaganza also includes local excursions, a boat ride along the waters of the Periyar River and a rice boat cruise through the winding canals of Alleppey.
